Zachary’s practice is focused on Real Estate, Insurance Defence Litigation and Family Law. He has a wide variety of clientele ranging from Legal Aid and Child Protection to private clients. He strives for resolution outside of the courtroom to minimize the emotional anguish and financial toll associated with protracted family court proceedings. However, when litigation is required, he is a tenacious advocate for his clients’ interests.

Zachary’s real estate practice is geared towards residential real estate. He has the knowledge, skills and expertise to guide clients through the real estate process by providing sound legal advice on the intricacies of the purchase, sale and mortgaging of a property. Zachary also provides legal services for a major lending institution in Canada.

On top of it all, Zachary represents corporations, insurers and their insureds in actions across Ontario and in the United States of America. His practice focuses on all aspects of Insurance Defence Litigation including motor vehicle accidents, professional negligence and occupiers’ liability. Zachary joined Sullivan Festeryga LLP as an associate in 2016 after completing his articles with the firm. Before obtaining his J.D. from Bond University, he received a Masters Degree in Business Law with a Specialization in International Trade Law.
